When This Course Begins
Your access to the members only area will be immediate after your account login has been approved. Please allow up to 12 hours for your account to be processed.
Your class start date indicates when your first Zoom live class with Myrna Haag begins. Please review the Week 1 class material before this date.
You will be emailed reminders, with your class ID and password, the day of streams.
There will be one (1) stream per week for four (4) weeks. During the streams Myrna goes over the weekly class material and answers any questions you may have!
After each live Zoom class with Myrna, a new week’s material opens up on your account.
This is so we don’t overwhelm our patients with too much information at a time. Myrna’s Methodology to complete health is a lifelong solution because you will learn the core concepts of food biochemistry and how it fits in your life.

Each course will be limited to 15 seats per class.

You will be given access to our Members Only area where you can access your class learning material. After your payment has been processed, an email will be sent to you inviting you to create a login on our website; within 12 hours your account will be approved and you can log in.
Lean Life Week 1’s course material will be open once you log in to your account.
The next content, Week 2, will open after the first live sessions with Myrna Haag via zoom.
Every week, for four weeks, new material will unlock on your course page. After four weeks all material will be unlocked. Myrna will host 4 online livestreams for members once a week from 6:00pm-8:00pm (EST). The day of the week varies based on the session you signed up for, so please double check your Myrna Method Lean Life emails for which day of the week your class is live. You will be given email reminders before the class begins that day. You can submit questions for Myrna by email before the livestream or ask them in class. The goal of the live classes is to make sure you understand the Myrna Methodology on Nutrition and reinforce how to use it properly to meet your goals.
